I am a Marketing Writing & Editorial Consultant providing content writing, editing, and proofreading services in various topics and content types, from marketing collateral to technical documents.
I author thought leadership, white papers, company reports, case studies, marketing blog, and other marketing collateral. I create user manuals, how-to guides, handbooks, and training materials for processes and tools.
I review content to ensure consistency in language, in-house style, and templates. I assess all necessary elements for the type of content (that it should be clear, succinct, engaging, and original for creative work; that it should be geared toward target audience, formal in tone, factual and accurate for scholarly work; with sound spelling, punctuation, and grammar). Whenever appropriate, I suggest industry-best publishing practices to clients (these practices include the use of style guide for consistency, sharing of useful reference materials for writing and editing different types of content).
When it comes to overall experience, I have 8+ years of combined practice in digital marketing, technical communication, print journalism, public relations, and creative writing. I have worked on different projects, ranging from educational materials to literary content, marketing pieces and feature articles, and technical information development projects. I’d also been exposed to editing international standards written by authors in various fields, such as information delivery, engineering, chemistry, physics, and language. Having worked in different industries―including the newspapers, knowledge process outsourcing companies, and shared services of organizations in the U.S., Germany, and Switzerland―I have acquired an in-depth background in quality assurance, training and mentoring, leadership, and editorial team management.
