    Web Designer, Graphic Designer

    Netherlands - Last active: 05/05/2014 - Tests: 2 - Portfolio: 1

Six years ago I started building websites for fun in HTML, never knowing the impact this has right now in the market. I slowly started learning more HTML which then developed to XHTML. Couple of years later I also started following classes about HTML5, CSS, Javascript, jQuery along with many other design subjects like Brainstorming, Concept Development, Sketching, Interaction Design, Wireframes and User Interface Design. I consider my design skills well above average and I enjoy doing the design work a lot. Right now I'm studying for my Bachelors Degree and working at a startup company Skempi (, which will launch this summer. I'm currently looking for exciting short-term Web and/or Graphic Design jobs to gain more experience, grow my network and support myself financially.

    Experienced Software Product/Project Manager

    United States - Last active: 10/10/2013 - Tests: 1 - Portfolio: 4

Professional Product Manager with 16 years’ experience in the software industry. I'm a professional Software and SaaS Product Manager who has a passion for technology, team dynamics, and delivering high quality, on time projects that delight. Although, there are many different types of development methodologies I have found that using Scrum Agile provides the best way to define project scope, reduce risk, and deliver against project goals and timelines. I've spent the last five years participating in Scrum as a Product Owner and Scrum Master and have implemented and trained teams to use the method successfully. Much of my software and SaaS experience has been with a large multi-national company focusing on CRM, working across a broad range of technologies and solutions inlcuding: Windows, Web, Mobile, Social Media Integration, and now have decided to give freelancing a try.

HFI certified Usability Analyst, UX & Interaction Designer

    India - Last active: 10/02/2013 - Tests: 2 - Portfolio: 6

Over the past 15 years, I have successfully driven Content & UX strategy on social, youth, mobile & web products. As a result I am fluent with both mobile & web technology and its applications. An evangelist driven by the utter belief that user experience is what makes successful products. By user experience I mean a fluid balance of content, technology & UI. Where all aspects meld to form a product that goes out to WOW the audience and subtly becomes a part of the target audience's everyday life. As an out and out audience person, I get to know my audience intimately both on a qualitative & a quantitative level and design my products so that they not only fulfill requirements but also intuitively serve before the need is felt. I am seeking opportunities where I can analyse products & audience through Heuristic, Usability & Traffic Analysis & design experiences according to data driven decisions. I am looking to work with organizations that are seeking UX designers for mobile, web, social & youth products.

  8. Kevin Tully

    Kevin Tully

    Independent graphic/interface/prototype artist and designer

    United States - Last active: 11/25/2013 - Tests: 3 - Portfolio: 7

Hello! My name is Kevin Tully. I am an about-to-graduate senior Psychology student at the University of Minnesota. I love people and learning about the things that make us act and think in the sometimes novel, sometimes frustrating, sometimes godawfully bizarre, ways we do. I wrote my senior thesis on how folks can effectively use goal setting to (in a nutshell) self-regulate themselves into happy, meaningful, intensely productive super-people. You can read it if you want! (or, better yet, let me implement my theories into your workflow.) Alongside my love for human behavior is a deep-seeded passion for design and art. I love illustration. I love design. I have been using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator since I was a wee lad, but I've recently begun to teach myself the intricacies of interaction and web design. As a person who has been using modern-ish user interfaces since the age of 5, I've kindled quite a bit of latent understanding of what can make a website/interface/modern design look and feel wonderful, and what can make it feel clunky, look outdated, and generally suck. Working totally independently and teaching/re-teaching all of this stuff to myself has been an intensely rewarding and productive experience. I am constantly seeking opportunities to implement my design skills on a professional level. If you need anything done, feel free to contact me. I am most interested in gaining experience in UX design, probably helping out on a team designing mockups and wireframes, performing user testing, doing creative brainstorming studios. However, I'd love to help you out and do some freelance graphic/logo/prototype design as well. If you want to send me any sample "prove yourself" assignments, I could do them and you could make the call on if you like my work and want to hire me or not. Hope to hear from you soon! Let me know if you have any requests or questions for me! KT _______ P.S. I've put some of my work on this profile, but if you want to see much more of my art and design work, visit my personal Tumblr at

    Hard working, friendly, and persistent

    United States - Last active: 08/29/2013 - Tests: 2 - Portfolio: 15

I'm a Front-End Web and User Interface designer. I deliver a high quality end product in PSD or HTML/CSS format. My portfolio can be found at You can also checkout my elance profile which has been active a lot longer than oDesk. About Me: A bit reserved at first, an introverted thinker, but confident and self-aware. I won't talk your head off, but will listen and interject with my thoughts at crucial moments. From a small town in south Georgia, to Japan, to The Dominican Republic, and finally New York, I'm a well traveled Freelance Web Designer who has absorbed a lot over the last few years. During this time I started SteppingStone Design, launched a web app called EditFu, and built a line of websites for various individuals and small businesses. Could yours be next? We all have a passion as well as compassion for particular important matters. In college I searched for a passion and eventually found that in Web Design. Growing up in a family of small businesses I fancy those individuals and groups trying to build something great. When our passions and compassion cross we find ourselves loving what we do. It's no coincidence that designing websites for individuals and small business is where I feel of most use. So if your a small guy, trying to make a dent in the world, let's team up and design something great. How I work. I build Minimal, modern, & functional interfaces that also look great. I check email twice daily, so communication/updates will be regular. I love simplicity and a message that communicates to the audience in it's purest form. The purpose & idea behind what we create is very important. I write clean, commented, and SEO friendly code. Modern web design standards are a priority. Use of WC3 standards and the latest best practices (table free css based design) is important to us. We build for IE 7+, Safari, Firefox and Chrome for both Mac and PC. Everything I build is constructed in HTML/CSS and nothing is ever built in Flash.
