I am a results-driven PA and Administrator with years of managerial experience. I complete projects on time, often going beyond what is expected of me. I am an accurate reporter and money manager. Human Resources: I was in charge of hiring and firing in my last managerial position. I have created a plethora of profiles on various job search platforms. I have had experience interviewing and teaching new recruits for administrative and support positions. I have been in charge of payroll and accounts management. Additionally, I have managed confidential employee information using HRMS/HRIS software. I have written office manuals/policies and procedures/new office documents/memos (OD development). Writing: I am a capable writer. I write, edit, and proofread daily. I am a fast typer and can average as many as 85-100 wpm. In 2011 I graduated with an honors degree in Politics, finishing off my degree with a dissertation of the decentralization of forest management in Tanzania. Since then I have been managing two small healthcare practices outside of Boston, Massachusetts.
I have continually provided administrative support in the form of letter writing, emails, applications/proposals, and even office handbooks and other regulatory documents. I do also offer dictation and transcription services.
