With at least 5 years experience in each various fields: Mass Media, sales, internet research and technical support -- and at least 2 years experience of being a call center English/product trainer. 1-800-Flowers, Circuit City, Global Exchange Service (GXS), Ingram Micro - just to name some of my involvements during the previous years. My hunger for more knowledge never fails to drive me from discovering new horizons as each day come.
I also have some experience in the following areas: HTML, Turbo C/C++/Pascal, software design and testing, IPTV, DSL troubleshooting, and email marketing.
I am currently working as a technical support representative for iContact software; nevertheless I still would like to explore more boundaries for self fulfillment or in service for others.
