Experienced IT professional with international knowledge leading local and distributed teams of software developers, analysts and testers. Professional with technical background in Computer Science. For last 2 years I've been working with JIRA and Atlassian products, coordinating teams of developers and providing assistance to clients to configure, customize and maintain yours JIRA's environments.
I have a lot of experience (3 years) with VOIP PABX softwares (like Asterisk) and complex VOIP environments. Also I have experience analysing communication protocols (SIP and H323).
