Having an analytical thinking, driven by understanding and negotiating using strong arguments, I was often appreciated for finding a solution that will accommodate every party’s needs. As a concrete example, negotiating a technical solution between business party having the role of customer and IT department proved to be a challenging situation which I managed successfully, based on the feedback I received.
My career started as a report developer where my technical skills were needed together with the attention to details necessary for data quality checks that insured viable long-lasting solutions for automated reports.
Later on, I have started to work in understanding business needs and transforming them in concrete technical and non-technical solutions in order to accommodate all expectations. This position is more business oriented, allowing me to understand business processes but at the same time remaining aware of the technological possibilities and limitations business should benefit from. Managing the discussions and tensions that appeared during projects made me desire to continue working as a mediator, negotiating best case scenarios.
