Online ESL Instructor/Phone Support Representative
Hi! Please call me Ariel. I have 6 years of experience in working for American, Korean, and Japanese companies.
I used to work in JP Morgan Chase as a customer service representative for almost 2 years where I would be able to process and update 60 to 80 customer accounts in a day. I was involved in signing up new credit card holders; updating account information; and processing balance transfers.
For the last 5 years, I've been doing online ESL work. I teach written and spoken English while doing managerial duties at the same time.
I have good communication skills that allows me to effectively interact with people. I am able to organize different projects for several different clients at the same time. I'm a fine typist who can accurately type at least 50 words per minute. I can easily enter data into forms, edit information, proofread text and update databases. I'm a registered nurse. I could certainly use my knowledge whenever medical background is needed for a project.
With regards to work attitude, I value and practice honesty, promptness, and responsibility. I believe those traits are highly important.
To be honest, I'm new here in Upwork. Still, I'm optimistic and excited because I have existing clients to get reviews from.
