Content Management / Computer Technician
We are now at Information Age, the more you know the better you could go further. My recent job was working with American Wireless as a Content Manager. I work there as a Content Manager for seven years, I was trained to use their web tools to make the job more effective and efficient.
My client, American Wireless, also had other company as their client. We also handle the websites of their clients. As a Content Manager, we also did website QA and other web related fix. When doing website QA, I consider myself as an end-user. After I review the sites, I report to my supervisor and give some suggestions on how the site would be more user-friendly and accurately delivery what really the user's wants or looking for.
In doing my tasks, I do them in timely manner. I work with maximum effectiveness and efficiency. The spare time I would gain would be used to review again until my time for the day ends. The three top traits I had in handling my job were, team-player, skillful and resourceful. With those basic three, other skills come in handy later.
Passion, determination, initiative and honesty in my job, makes me happy. When working I always put on top, what the company wants and needs. No wonder I served American Wireless such time.
Other things that I could do was, I got basic knowledge in web designs, java programming, and computer maintenance/troubleshooting. I am also familiar with Photoshop, Office Suites, and many other well-know software. And I am confident, I could learn other Software needed for the job, in a short time.
