Before you read my background at the bottom of this overview, please read this first:
I am a professional designer and accountant working in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. If you're looking for cheap labor with "good enough" quality, please go somewhere else. I'm sure you can find tons of cheap labors here. But good luck finding one that can deliver high quality work with low prices.
My design works target North American, European and Eastern Asian economies. Designing (graphic, animation and media) is not something like "C'mon, it only takes 5 minutes". We designers have to go through technical education and artistic training which requires thousands of hours practicing and leveling our skills. This is NOT a general labor job. This is a profession. So if you're saying, for instance, you want a 10 pages brochure full of pictures and designing effect in 2 days with $50. Please go somewhere else.
I'll give you a quote containing price and duration based on your requirements before doing any work. If we agree on the quote and the requirements, the production will begin after 50% of full payment has been deposited.
My accounting skills fit in companies which adopted GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), preferably North Amercian companies . I'm trained in accounting and hold a diploma (3 year technical program) in accounting from LaSalle College, Montreal, Canada. That level of education is to say my minimum wage is $15/hour.
I'm a professional bookkeeper with key strengths in planning, problem solving, office management and computer assistance. Familiar with accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, shipping and financial reporting.
I graduated in Accounting and Management Techniques (3 year program) with a Diploma from LaSalle College, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
At my current company, I've accomplished major projects such as developing a sales reporting system (Excel), website development, designing new logo for branding, designing a new catalog, international shipping and completing e-marketing projects.
I prefer using Sage 50 for bookkeeping because it's easier to use and more detail-oriented than Quickbooks. Especially, the inventory management part. Quickbooks is good but it's not effective if your business is internationally with multiple currency funds or using complex inventory.
I'm also a graphic designer, I have 10 years experience working with Photoshop and other abode software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effect and Illustrator. I was trained in FPT Arena Multimedia from 2008 to 2010. Please ask for portfolio. When asking for portfolio, please specify your field of business i.e clothing, hospitality, medical etc. I'll send you relevant portfolio to help you have a grasp on the style that fits your business.
I'm detail oriented and highly responsible for assigned tasks. I'm also creative and seek for efficiency to accomplish the tasks with no time wasted. I matter high quality results and long-term usage of the project's results over "good enough" or, even worse, "low quality" work.
