Thanks for visiting my profile. My full name is Amalabha Dutta.
Currently I am working for PreScouter, Inc. (a Chicago based Technology Scouting Company) as Marketing Data Analyst (CRM).
Prior to that I worked for a New York based company for customization and implementation of a Zoho CRM/Recruit based solution integrated with the website of the company.
During Nov-2011 to Jun-2012 I have customized and prepared contents for a Zoho CRM Project for an Australian company.
I have examined SugarCRM, SalesForce, VTiger and Microsoft Dynamics for comparison of features and limitations to prepare myself to work on these platforms.
During 2008 to 2011, I have worked for two projects for Customization and Implementation of ERP/CRM on MS-SQL Server /.Net Platform over and above general administrative and strategic planning functions for small business houses.
My objective is to best utilize my qualification, experience, dedication and extraordinary learning capabilities to turn every assignment I undertake into success.
My employers have utilized my abilities in Technical Writing for Documentation and preparation of Training Materials etc. Throughout my career, I have prepared Business Proposals, Project Proposals, RFPs, Tender Documents, Contract Documentation on many occasions apart from Business Correspondence.
I love to learn / improve / adapt continuously. Recently, I have enrolled with the Partner University of vmware to learn 'virtualization' from the world leader in the field and have already passed three module tests. My employment history
I am working for a New York based company for customization and implementation of a Zoho CRM/Recruit based web-integrated solution. Prior to that, I have completed an assignment from an Australian Pharmaceutical Company for customization and implementation of Zoho CRM. While working for this project I have also used other cloud based solutions in Zoho, Google etc. apart from using Teamviewer, Skype and GoogleTalk on a regular basis.
During 2008 to 2011, I have led teams of professionals for customization / implementation of ERP Solutions in two particular fields – 1) Healthcare; and 2) Logistics/ Transportation.
Starting from a Purchase Officer’s job in a Public Sector Company in India, I have worked in many areas and levels up to the level of General Manager. I have domain knowledge in a number of fields such as Pharmaceuticals, Engineering Consultancy, Logistics/Transportation, Banking, Healthcare and Real Estate. Apart from General Administration, HR, Business Development etc. my focus has always remained around modernization – particularly, office automation and allied projects.
I have hardcore experience in managing the entire spectrum of ERP Sales/ Customization/ Implementation encompassing the following functions:
Demonstration of ERP Solutions to prospects;
Requirement/ functional/ gap analyses;
Customer interaction for finalizing contractual terms;
Coordinating with presales team and signing off contracts;
Overseeing preparation of Blue Prints and Business Mapping Reports;
Recruiting technical personnel;
Taking part in preparation of technical/training manuals;
Conducting training programs for the senior level participants.
My core competency lies in communication at any level for complete end to end management of ERP/Software projects that includes myriad of managerial activities, Technical Documentation, Presentation, Recruitment, Training etc.
I have done innumerable writing projects; apart from Software Documentation and Training Manuals I have mostly done Technical Writing and SEO jobs through various entities in the web.
