My objective is to assist employers in the design and development of their products or projects.
I have 4 years experience in product design and development including rapid prototyping, CNC industrial/electro-mechanical design. Tasks I perform include design using 3D modelling, creation of mechanical drawings packages. Typical projects include devices consisting of machined, sheet metal and injection molded parts with electronics components. I have and can produce electronic, electrical and mechanical drawings as well as the ability to create assembly drawings and bills of materials.
I also develop a technical Reports/ guides/ manual and write ups. My unique skill set of technical training combined with hands-on shop and trades experience has given me valuable insight into what is key for manufacturability of designs.

*Analyze existing development or manufacturing procedures and suggest improvements
*Upgrade the design of existing devices by adding mechatronic elements
*Research, select, or apply sensors, communication technologies, or control devices for motion control, position sensing, pressure sensing, or electronic communication
*Design, develop, or implement control circuits or algorithms for electromechanical or pneumatic devices or systems
*Design, simulation and analysis of permanent fixers, mounts and harness for motor assemblies
*R&D of custom CNC machines and a wide range of automatic and semi-automatic equipment
*Design control systems using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
*Design multilayer Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
*Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs)
