I have a printer/scanner on my network, so NDA forms are not a problem, upon request. I conduct my telephone work from a sound-proofed room. I use Apache OpenOffice or Google docs, when there is no CRM database available. Furthermore; I accomplish making my telephone calls through 'Skype' or 'Google Voice'. Typically, I can achieve an average of 20 calls an hour (4 rings for 'no answer' disposition on Residential calling, 6 rings for 'no answer' disposition for Businesses). I have several different Skype accounts, one with a 'listed' number (for caller ID's and Anonymous Call Rejection-enabled numbers) and the others are not listed number accounts. A number that will show up on caller ID's can be ported into any of the Skype Accounts (your brand), upon request. I use software to record my calls, which can be used for your verification purposes upon request. Just let me know at the beginning of the Project and I'll be sure to record. When I reach voice mail, I'd rather leave a message to let the selected party know of the call, I don't see much sense in wasting resources. That detail can be covered after I have been awarded the Project, though. If this seems to match what your looking for, please invite me to your Project. Then, I will have the opportunity to either bid on your Project, or open the lines of communication through the Workroom.
