Quite new to upwork, but having a life time experience that can be confirmed by my portfolio, having more than 60 items. You’ll find there a rich variety of translation samples, mostly the official documents of French, Pakistani, Indian and Afghan governments. I am professional translator in French, English, Urdu and Pashto. Currently I am working for a French agency that deals in third world's immigrants. I translate all of their jobs. But my future and potential clients are just as important to me as my current ones!. I am always determined to do my best. All I want is the best result of my work. Difficult and complicated things are my hobby. For me, translation is a wonderful blend of art and science, relying as much on the heart as it does on the mind. A good translator knows when to be literal and when to adapt the content to fit the language and culture of the target audience. My goal is always to provide a new text that conveys the same ideas as the original, but which can also stand alongside it as an independent document of the same quality or better. Creative individual with keen ambition for completing assigned tasks in time. I am organized and efficient. I am always dedicated to my work. I feel that I am positive and outstanding communicator and am entirely at ease with interacting and influencing piers, partners, assistants and decision-making management, both within and outwardly to my working environment. My enthusiasm and keenness allows me to be highly trainable and fast at learning new skills.
I was born in Peshawar Pakistan. My date of birth is 1962. I have done my science graduation from Edwards College Peshawar, a best reputed college of the city. From very beginning, after having my university degree, I worked for many humanitarian agencies that were based in Peshawar and were working for welfare of afghan refugees and peoples. They needed the local native translators and interpreters in order to have interaction with their beneficiaries. I worked with many NGOs of different countries, temporarily indeed, because they were here, in Pakistan, on temporary missions. Pashto, Urdu and English were the centers of gravity. Sometimes I was paid on monthly basis, sometime I was paid on daily wage and sometime I worked for per hour basis. It continued till 90's decade. Because of changing political situation these NGOs had to wind up. And my profession career had a pause. Than I had have a chance to go to France where I lived for a long time. I happened to learn a lot about cultural life and politics of France. During my stay in France I profited to learn French very well. Then I happened to work with a NGO that helped the immigrants. And there I restarted my career of translation. Currently I am working, in part time, for a French agency that deals in third world's immigrants. I translate all of their jobs. But my future and potential clients are just as important to me as my current ones. I can translate following pairs
