I have a broad knowledge on customer related operations, sales, and administrative tasks for BPO companies. I do have good computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, PDF), and do know various tools such as vicidial, streamworks, ninjato, eyebeam, xlite and others.
My 1st experience was with Times Telecom as an outbound sales representative. The account I’ved handled was Bell Canada. Worked there for 3 years w/c we offer phone plans, Internet lines, cable packages and bundles. I was responsible to qualify prospective clients, present solutions, overcome objections, and assist the client to the sign up process. Received numerous certificates and incentives every month since i always maintain a top standing and good quality score that time..
I also had an experience as an inbound technical sales representative for 2 years. It was with IOPEX Technologies where I handled Mutitenant, a US based account. Those accounts are Support.com, AOL Tech Guru, Malwarebytes, Norton Live, Office Depot and Office Max. I provide solutions in their technology needs such as diagnosing and fixing pc problems caused by viruses, malware, wireless configuration and any troubleshooting on their computers. Same thing with my 1st call center job, I also managed to be a top agent on this field as well.
Furthermore I did excel in this account whereas they promoted me as an escalations lead. I became a point of contact, providing training to peers, working hand and hand with team managers and team leads, delivers performance reviews of team members, conduct disciplinary actions.
