Since 2008, I have worked for a few BPO companies in the Philippines that cater to US and Canadian customers. I have handled technical accounts, resolving issues for customers having problems with their laptops, software and user account setups, and internet connections. I have also provided support in the field of healthcare, specifically claims and benefits. And then there was directory assistance, where I help customers connect with business and residential listings.
I worked as an assistant manager for our family business, which is a beach resort. I managed 15 people (lifeguards, maintenance, cashiers, receptionists) and handled payroll. I was also the owner and executive chef of a small restaurant me and my dad put up which had a total of 4 employees.
I am fluent in English both written and verbal. I am also a problem solver. I feel challenged with problems that require analysis and complete focus. Getting the right answer faster than everyone else feels great for me!
I am honest, diligent, hard-working, and a fast learner. Getting the job done is a big deal for me.
