To give you a bit of insight about me, I am someone who is consistently growing and takes the time to continue learning even though it’s not a direct requirement of the job. I find that many times, my professional growth is based on what I study, both directly and indirectly related to work. My ability to provide excellent customer service, willingness to learn, superb quality of work, and the willingness to help others if they become overwhelmed, enables me to say that I am a team player that will benefit your staff. I look forward to working for a successful company with strong leadership and vision, one that recognizes and rewards performers.
I currently work for Elead1One in Destin, FL. We are a CRM software company for several hundred Automotive Dealerships. In the Digital Department my duties include creating web banners, web advertising, mobile advertising, web design, landing pages, mockups, email templates, as well as provide support for the websites..
Before Elead, I worked at Wine World in Miramar Beach, FL. I was the Graphics/Marketing Manager which maintained all of the signs throughout 9 stores, worked on future event campaigns, updated menus/wine lists, updated and maintained wordpress sites/eblasts/social media, built weekly ads for the local newspapers.
Now here at the Northwest Florida Daily News is where my career took shape and formed a foundation. I worked there for thirteen years before being laid off. While there, I had steadily climbed the company ladder. I had gained the trust of my superiors to manage the department when my supervisor is out of the office. Often requested to work on high priority projects. Let me explain my growth.
As CTP Technician, I set up specific modules for various publications depending upon the number of pages. I would be responsible for proper color separations, possible plate errors, or errors that might involve certain ads.
As the Commercial Print Assistant, I was in charge of running the CTP and also assisting our clients with troubleshooting. Along with being the Commercial Print Assistant, I was a part of Special Sections. Special Sections was a group of designers who would build various in-house and commercial publications.
Special Sections had been merged into our Creative Service Team. My duties were to maintain the design for our weekly Business & Service Directory page which would profile local companies. Each month I designed three Chambers of Commerce newsletters, a newsletter for the Building Industry Association, and a monthly publication called Homes & More.
Thank you for your consideration. I appreciate your time in reviewing my qualifications and look forward to speaking with you at your earliest convenience. I am available from 8am – 8pm (CST) by phone.
