A call center representative not like all others - This is probably the best line that can describe myself as a call center agent for more than 4 years. My first working stint was at Cyber City Teleservices in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga from April 2009 to September 2010 as a sales and customer care representative. The knowledge and experiences that I obtained from this astounding company made me enter another challenging workplace, Convergys, where I worked from November 2010 to March 2011 as a technical representative And presently working at West Contact Solutions for 2 years and 9 months as a technical representative for telecommunication company . I could hardly believe that a college undergraduate like me would ever excel in this field. Well, being a call center representative and being a public servant have something in common. And that is - TO BE ALWAYS OF SERVICE TO PEOPLE and to deliver SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Being a call center agent is not an easy task . There are lots of challenges that i have encountered not only the schedule, along with that re the matrix or scorecards that every representative needs not just to pass but to excel, irate customers that I encounter everyday, But with these things I learned to be patient in resolving customers issue and provide them something that they really need and want. It als helped me develop my self confidence, improve my comprehension skills.
Whenever I join an organization, I see to it that I am worthy of the position bestowed upon me. Passion, commitment and dedication, these are what I manifest. There are many people out there who have high caliber communication skills but only few can withstand the "burden" of working on graveyard shifts, working overtime, which I have surpassed and endured. I find home-based call center more challenging and fulfilling. Hence, I would like to be a part of your company to spell a difference in my career and in your institution.
