I recently resigned from my work, from a homebased as a service coordinator from an company based in Australia.I do follow up calls and emails for calibration, purchased order and servicing. I worked as a process executive my job as senior representative specialist from a top 100 corporation in United States.I worked as a full time customer service associate in a bank.I receive calls and assist them with their needs according to policies that applies.I worked as a Customer Service Manager for an entrepreneur, wherein I am in charge for Customer order and support on both emails and calls. This means I deal with various email issues with regards to orders, delays, refunds, reviews, damaged goods.In addition I also contact the support team to deal with any issues arised buy submitting claims and opening tickets when necessary, In addition to that I am also in charge with special promotion tools for the online marketplace I am given access to special online tools that help us to automate the promotion of our products. these include an email tool, url builder, press release tool, video tool, link builder,facebook ads, amazon ads
I manage various contractors we use on Odesk and Fiver. And Im in charge to pay them and to manage the flow of information between all parties
I do setup new Webstores- this are selling on other Markets. : In order to boost our sales on other larger buyer traffic markets in the USA and europe.
I take charge with Database entry, making sure to update various records and database in excel format
Email List Building - I update and maintain any email lists we have in mailchimp or aweber
Social Media - I am required to set up and maintain all of our social media pages on facebook, twitter, google plus and pinterest,
I research on different Coupon Sites: I am required to sell and set up our product offers on all popular deal coupon sites in the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain
. Before that, I also worked with call centers for travel agencies as customer care for 3 years and became an escalation lead.I call airlines regarding trip cancellations as well as booking and reservations.I also worked as a technical support for one of the telecommunication company in United States where I troubleshoot with phones and also do up selling with add on services for customer's phones.I also worked with one of the Internet Service Provider as a technical Support agent wherein troubleshooting with internet connections and with computers doing a remote assistance for different Operating system Windows and MAC, and requests dispatched for technician when needed.For 2 years I also worked in a directory assistance call center where I received calls for name and number listings,movie listings and driving directions.
I would like to describe myself as an honest, a very straightforward person who likes to take things in his stride in a very level headed manner.Life is quite exciting to me as it has galores of opportunities and experiences to offer and I feel one should always make the right use of it. I am adventurous by nature for I like to take up new challenges. It gives me the zeal and impetus to work towards excellence.One thing I firmly believe in is that one should always strive towards individual betterment, in whichever form it may be.Therefore I'm never tired of beginning where others end.
