I have 3 years of experience in Technical support working on solving various client issue with regards to any software issue or network connection. I work remotely via Teamviewer or join.me to access their computer to troubleshoot and fix the problem. My goal is providing excellent solution and support regarding new and existing products and services for customer's satisfaction.
I have strong background in computer and very tech savvy. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and have strong background in programming since I used to program website and software. I also took 4 CCNA courses along with my degree.
Sales and Marketing:
I have 2 years experience in business marketing doing accounting, processing transactions, product inventory, shipment process, record holding, accounting, producing marketing tools and handling online transactions. Later assigned as branch supervisor to monitor and help increase the sales of health and wellness products manufactured by the company.
I also have successful experience working for a huge telecom company in the United States selling new products and services dealing with Home TV, Phone and Internet connection for customers' particular need.
I specialized in LinkedIn lead generation working for a marketing company that has produced hundreds of happy client producing HOT prospect and leads to their business.
Currently working as a Lead Tech support, part of my task is train new clients on how to use and troubleshoot the software. This is done with online seminar (called webinar) using gotomeeting or gotowebinar.
Chat and Email support.
Experience in chat support and email support. No missed chat and KPI are hit with low AHT.
Emails are being answered in a timely manner, no grammar lapses and providing clear instructions.
