Sound knowledge in troubleshooting and configuration of Anti-spam, Antivirus software

Work on Severity 1 / Severity 2 / Severity 3 incidents and fix them ASAP

Able to perform in 24/7 environment in shift roster and attend to on-call basis whenever required.
