Для моделирования процесса обработки разработал генератор случайных чисел. Генератор случайных чисел воспроизводил основное время обработки заготовки согласно заданному закону распределения. Построенные системы управления позволяли сокращать производственный цикл. Системы управления сократили затраты ресурсов ( 23.4%).
