Image Processing and Robotics Engineer

My time at NASA working on the DARPA Robotics Challenge, as well as my Cornell University Computer Science degree have prepared me to tackle a wide variety of software related challenges. For example, I have extensive experience developing image processing algorithms for use by NASA's Valkyrie. These included realtime 90 FPS GPU enabled HDR, real time GPU enabled depth image filtering, and grasp point detection using Convex Optimization. Furthermore, I have experience developing Extended Kalman Filters for pose estimation, and basic ground vehicle control. In addition, I have experience developing novel compression algorithms for point cloud data. In short, whether you have an iOS app that needs to take advantage of sensor data, image processing to create an interactive display, or GPU acceleration to accelerate a slow processing, I'm the developer for you!
