COMPUTER SKILLS. Working with computers is essential part of my daily routine. Windows is my natural environment with the standard Office applications, browsers and some specialised software. I have recently practiced IT support role for the company internal portal, staff on boarding and resolving network and user tickets. Google search and company guides are usually my first line of support and I find myself updating and building guidelines for my IT colleagues.
Also, built an online shop 'Love Horse Gifts' and have been starting to working with couple of clients (local and overseas) on blogs/newsletter websites.
ADMINISTRATIVE. I have over 10 years of experience in various administrative roles including reception, answering phone calls, sorting mail, greeting visitors, data entry, purchasing, scanning and filing, written and phone and frontal correspondence, booking appointments and travel, purchasing and invoicing, timesheet. I have worked in very small companies as well as large organisations; the variety sharpened my skills in both specialised roles and elastic positions where I was across many activities as the role required.
Proficient in WordPress plattform (Created 'Love Horse Gifts' website and many more blogs for clients)
Confident in English and Hebrew
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Experience in browser and HTML technologies (i.e. web pages design, search engine)
Experience working with Mac
Experience in Novell GroupWise software
Experience in RP Data (Real Estate Website)
Good typing skills (35 wpm)
