I have considerable and substantial experience in customer relation/support. I have been working in the call center industry for almost 7 years now. Being in this industry for a long time has taught me to work in a fast-paced environment and being a front-liner made me very much comfortable and familiar with regards to transacting to different type of customers. I am used to doing multi task and I can stay focused even if pressure arises. I also handled data entry, telemarketing, upselling, lead generation, appointment settings and inbound/outbound calls. I've been a VA as well.

I worked with different real estate companies, bank investment companies, credit card companies, car dealerships, financial and brokers, travel and club companies and cosmetic companies. I write about my children for family and friends. I love writing short songs and poems. I am an avid reader and frequently journal. Cooking is also one of my passion.
