To be able to apply improved skills and learned knowledge gathered from working in different types of campaigns and/or accounts, to working at home but still having the same focus and drive in order to give the best in delivering what is required on the job.
I am currently working as a Credit Advisor for a large telecommunications provider in the United Kingdom for more than a year now. We collect schedule of payments and keep track if the payments pushed through and if not, to make attempts again to make sure that payments are done to help customers take care of their account, service, and invoices.I also assist the customers with billing inquiries and if needed, request or assist the Back Office Team with what the customer needs. I also research on accounts that have no one on file in-charge of paying the bills, since some accounts are taken over by another company, but was not provided who should be the point of contact, and the like.
Before the current campaign, I worked as a Collections Specialist for the same company. It is called "cross skilling", from another part of the account to another. Not only do I collect schedule of payments, but also process payments real time.
I also worked as a technical assistant catering the U.S. I have the experience working with customer service, too.
My vast experience taught me to do the job done! I can work well under pressure, being able to multi-task, but still giving my personal touch and extra mile for every customer or account given to me. Being given the opportunity to work for different countries and more to different people in the world, has made me flexible. I am fluent in the English language. I am computer literate, with knowledge of the Internet, of course, MSWord, Outlook, even with MS Excel.
