Quality Assurance Specialist | Customer Service Rep | Admin Assistant
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics.
I worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist for approximately three and a half years in two of the biggest call centers here in Davao City. Our goal is to improve the quality of service based of the standard set by the clients. To achieve it, we listen and evaluate agents' calls, identify the Strengths and Opportunities, provide feedback and suggestions, and create weekly/monthly reports. Inline with my job, I work with accuracy and consistency.
Before I became part of the Quality Team, I was trained as an Inbound Sales Representative, Technical Support, Customer Service Support, and a Billing Representative. I also became an Ambassador. Our task was to provide assistance to our agents including taking supervisory calls and making follow up calls. We act as the Team Leader's assistant.
I am detail-oriented, well organized, and performance driven professional with experience in providing excellent customer service in highly competitive environments. As part of the Support team, we are trained to effectively handle and complete multiple tasks and projects without compromising time lines, quality, and functionally. Well versed with various Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), PDF, and Spreadsheet.
I now offer help with web research, data entry and some administrative tasks.
