I have worked as a customer service and technical support representative (consists of online and over the phone), for the last 6 years and counting. I have used Freshdesk in assisting customers concerns. For most accounts, I assisted in checking bills, process payments, extension of service, status of service and other general inquiry. In a bank company I assisted in account balance inquiry, validate transaction, process transfers. I have also done setting up schedules for field technicians, some appointment setting task, and walk-through process for downloading books, update payment, update version and resolving issues.
I have used different types of software tools such as CRM, Magento, Ebay, Nextiva. I am more confident in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Google Drive for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
