My main objective in creating, joining, and profiling my oDesk account is to primarily take advantage of my current and working skill set and put it to productive, good use.
I am located here in Manila, Philippines. I have been working in the Call Center Industry since 2002. I have been part of both Inbound and Outbound campaigns that have covered Sales and L1 and L2 Support (Customer, Technical, Accounts and Billing).
I have also had the opportunity to work as part of Administrative Support for ID Care Access and auditing and I have worked with Training and Development as a trainer.
I have experience in E-mail, Chat, and Phone support on the end-user and small business scale level.
On oDesk, I started out my career doing small Virtual Assistant and Administrative support and then I branched off to Customer (Franchise/Business) support. Although I feel this was short-lived, I was then invited to work with a trucking company in Canada where I was part of Order Processing and Back-End Support.
I am currently working as a representative for a Premium Support Service campaign.
