Preparation of financial statements(Balance sheet,PL,Exp) ,Sales detailed Report, Payment control and analysis Report Receivable and Payable Report, Sales adjustment Report . Accountability for Bills and other expenses and provision if any.
Monitor, analysis and report the use and movement of funds of branches
Supervising daily accounts, Checking Data, maintaining and scrutinizing statutory books of accounts like Journal, ledger, cash / Bank book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms / regulations.
Preparation and follow up of bills receivables after invoicing. Maintaining records and cash flow.
Responsible for the entire finance function and managing a team to ensure timely preparation of monthly financial and MIS reports, Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements.
