Linux System Administrator
Over the last 4 years, I've worked with two different Web Hosting support companies, where I had to handle cPanel/WHM, Virtualmin/Webmin, Direct admin, Zpanel, Plesk (basic windows hosting), Apache/Litespeed, MySQL, basic PHP, Exim, DNS(bind9) and many other applications and cloud servers. Has experience in setting up and managing cPanel based CloudLinux servers with all the server hardening and also know the basics of bash scripting.
Have experience in both voice and ticket support system (WHMCS, Kayako, OsTicket etc). Can handle tickets with least response time and with good technical resolution and customer satisfaction since I'm having another 8 months of experience in BPO voice support for a Multi National Company. I've experience and have configured R1 soft backup for cPanel accounts, duplicity backups etc. I also have experience in setting up Linux servers, installing custom scripts, hardening the server etc. I also have knowledge in OpenVZ, Xen and VMware virtualization. Has experience in configuring the said virtualizations. I'm an expert in Nagios monitoring and with various other monitoring tools like Zabbix.
