I consider myself to be a goal-oriented person, able to multi-task and like to exceed expectations, focused and able to work in teams, with a positive mind and attitude. Well organized, interested in learning something new everyday and also able to do it in a short period of time. I am also willing to take new challenges and reach and exceed goals.
I have several years of experience providing outstanding over-the-phone Customer Service. I have learned what I know at several trainings in the different companies I’ve worked for and reinforced my knowledge since then with practice, including building rapport with the customer, being empathetic, patient and straightforward. I'm a multitasker, being able to focus with the customer as well. Throughout my career I have gained a very wide knowledge in Credit Card Laws, Insurance for Auto and Home, and some Administrative duties like processing reports, measuring quality, distributing tasks and portraying a positive attitude to the team. Three years ago, I worked as the Subject-Matter Expert in AVS (insurance agency), and my duties included, but were not limited to: Supervise a Team, develop training material, structure an understandable curriculum path for training, provide training to new hires, etc. In the past 3 years, I've been working as the virtual assistant for Keller Williams agents, and it's been one of the best experiences I've had. I usually like to come up with ideas to make everything work smoothly and efficiently, this is why I believe I'm the perfect fit for this position.
