• 7+ years of experience on odesk in Quality assurance, functional testing , handling support via email , office admin jobs, recruiting, forum administration. 11 years of experience in regular job.
• Good knowledge of the entire QA cycle – writing test plans, test cases, manual testing, bug filing and meeting the deadlines. Knowledge of bug filing by integrating with tools like testuff, fogbugz
• Understand the feature design specs and UI specs to get the overview of features planned for the release.
• Adaptable communication skills to work within a global team and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Self Motivated, professionally and efficiently qualified with knowledge in the field of research, marketing and other admin jobs with an eye for detail, besides testing. Trained well to use independent judgment,managing and imparting confidential information. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality; organize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
• Experience in working in MS Office, MS Word, MSPowerpoint, MS Excel.
