Over a decade of service in the BPO industry and being a top notched employee, I have climbed the industry’s ladder starting as a customer service associate, mentor, trainer, quality assurance, and then team leader. Recently, I have added another feather to my cap by being promoted as a marketing manager.

HOW: Being well aware on how the industry works, I am equipped with the right knowledge that I can impart to you, my future clients and colleagues. I have handled different accounts ranging from financial or billing concerns to sales, customer service, email handling and chat support. My exposure to the industry has greatly honed my skills therefore I know how tasks are completed in half the time without compromising the quality.
WHAT I AM SEEKING AT: A challenging role where my technical, analytical, management, administrative and customer service skills are utilized by adding to the growth of the organization as well as my personal growth.
