I will solve visual problems in games, feature films, or commercials. Since I have many years of experience using many different 3d software, game engines, under a variety of projects with varied target audiences I will be able to help out your project with anything from creating a movie-quality effect to improving framerate on an iOS project. I can also create assets including modeling, texturing, rigging, and animating. I am fluent in melscript, maxscript, and C#. I can use Side Effects Houdini and build an HDA for your team, or make an effects element directly. I can also use fluids. For games I can use Max and Maya by creating assets or troubleshooting scenefiles, or writing scripts to streamline your workflow.

Best All Around CGI Animator and Project Director

    Philippines - Last active: 4 days ago - Tests: 5 - Portfolio: 14

Roman is the most versatile 3d animator here in Upwork. It's also not a far stretch to say that he is one of the best and top 3d consultant animator in this platform and in the Philippines as well. Creating 3D feature film would require a lot of people with different skills to finish. The same goes for even a commercial or a smaller 3d animation project. You would need designer, storyboard artist, a modeler, texturer, rigger, lighter and renderer, compositor and editor. Those are lot of jobs to go through to finish one 3d animation project. It would be a nightmare for you to manage all those people especially if one problem arises from one phase and must be brought back to make the proper revisions. And those back and forth revision will take more time and cost than one can imagined. Not to mention some of your artist may have worked on other project already and could not be bothered to do the revision. Though someone can do 2 or 3 tasks I mentioned, you will still need few more artist to finish a quality 3d animation product. Which basically makes him your best option to avoid those pitfalls. His vast knowledge and skillset in a very complex and broad subject of 3D animation separates him from the rest. He is one of the handful animators in this platform that can finish a project from scratch. He can do storyboarding, character design, character and environment modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting and rendering, compositing and motion graphics for TV commercial, film, medical animation or any kind of 3D animated video purpose. You wont need to manage people, He can manage and do the project for you. You would think that he's a jack of all trades and master of none. Well sort of , but he is a very great jack of all trades and master of few kind of Artist. He also happens to own his own studio Shifting Pixels that can take on bigger projects because of local talents he can call on anytime . You may not need him for a simple project, but you may want him to elevate that project for you. If you have a huge project and need a few people to do it, he can also be your one man studio to go to. Services Provide I provide: Character Design StoryBoarding Animatic 3D modeling ( Organic, Inorganic, Characters, Environment or Props/ Gaming ) Texturing & Surfacing ( Organic, Inorganic, Characters, Environment or Props/ Gaming ) Rigging ( Organic, Inorganic, Characters, Environment or Props/ Gaming ) 3D Character Animation Lighting and Shading Rendering Motion Graphics Infographics Compositing Grading Medical Animation TV Commercial Spots Product Visualization Gaming

Production Experienced Senior Designer | Creative Copywriter |

    Dominican Republic - Last active: 1 month ago - Tests: 6 - Portfolio: 42

Greetings Potential Client! My name is David, a highly motivated designer working as a senior lead designer at FOCUS MARKETING GROUP, located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, managing the pre-visuals for events, special promotions, concerts, printed materials, web design, social media managing, video editing, post-compositing, audio technician, music production and several other areas within my direct reach. I've been working as a professional graphic designer for over 7 years now, escalating quickly within every company, while still earning the trust and respect from my former clients. If i were asked what makes me a great designer, i would say it's my adaptability to any situation, feeling or theme that the client desires the work to evoke upon being seen. I also believe in fair work, if something takes me 2 hours to do, ill be extremely honest with you. If i can save you money and work fast (with high quality control) i can guarantee it will happen. Other than that, i believe my patience and listening skills will allow the client to express his every need, taking everything into consideration before starting the job. Below, i'll talk a bit more about my technical skills: Conceptualization and writing: I never understood why, but words just flow through my head with such ease, it's hard not to love creative writing. Following David Ogilvy's philosophy on Creating headlines and body Copy that sells, i feel very comfortable doing this specific job. Printed Media: I worked for a couple of clients for about a year, dealing with their newspaper and magazine ads. Quality was always kept to a high standard and satisfaction with the job was guaranteed. Although i prefer digital media due to the vibrance of the colors, i still find this area pretty interesting. Digital media: I've had the chance to work in Web and App design. However, i rather just work on the visual part, and have a developer colleague work deeply in the code so everything comes out a lot better. I also work with 2D animation, most commonly for my current employer, using those animations to create direct and impact filled Advertising Spots for our dynamic billboards. But it doesn't stop at 2D. I cannot emphasize how much i enjoy working in 3D conceptualization. If you need a product prototype to be seen in 360 degrees, or a 3D object to be seen in a 2D environment, i'd be more than happy to work with you. Branding: This is the most time consuming part of my career. Not because i'm not good at logo design, but because i try to make it as perfect as i can. In the end, a logo is the face of a company in the market, and creating a non-appealing face is what i try my best to avoid. Here's a short example of some of my work (which is in spanish, if you need translation of a description please let me know!): http://davidnunez.imgur.com/ Hope to hear from you soon!

Web designer and developer specializing in WordPress.

    United States - Last active: 7 days ago - Tests: 16 - Portfolio: 19

I have a wide variety of multimedia skills from video and audio editing to logo design and photo editing. My primary focus is on front-end web design for small businesses. My platform of choice is WordPress due to it flexibility and popularity. I can build just about any style website with a custom WordPress theme. I tend to choose projects that I'm interested in. It's important to me to create things I'm proud of. I try to be clear in my communications and I try to work closely with my clients to create something that the feel fits them well. I am not the cheapest option on oDesk. There are people in the world willing to work for nearly free just to get a start. Their skill level often match I will never be the low bidder on a job. I just apply my going rate and work to create something my clients with be happy with. I do this for a living. I'm not a "rock star", "ninja" or "guru". I'm a designer. This is a jobs that requires experience, honesty, insight, skill and good communication to do properly. Some advise if you don't hire me.. There are good and bad ways to do things even if the result is the same. The two biggest mistakes I would warn anyone about is modifying a theme that will be updated (and wipe out the changes) and working on a live server. I code on my home workstation, demonstrate on my staging server.. then publish to the live server(your actual website) when everything is working properly! Don't let any developer work on your live site. You don't want your customers seeing a server error.
