I am a customer service professional with 6 years of experience working as a chat/email/phone support agent. During my experience, I have been using tools like Zendesk, Kayako, Amazon seller central, Hermes Net(Vocalcom) and Zoiper; to handle client requests such as orders placement/cancellation, refund, password, feedback and troubleshoot technical issues. I also sold new products/services.
As a native French speaker and being proficient in English, I am comfortable working in both languages. I am deeply familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and team communication platforms like Slack, Bitrix24. In addition, I adapt quickly to new programs.
I am equally adept at communicating directly with clients, as I am in supporting teams with their client-facing activities. I am highly motivated, professional, multitasker, team player and have demonstrated competitiveness working under pressure.
