I have great customer service skills that can be demonstrated by my ability to meet and exceed customer expectations. I can recognize the prime importance of the customer and even anticipate future customer needs. I will always go the extra mile for the customer. I will take responsibility for developing long-term relationships with customers and forge partnerships that contribute to future growth opportunities for both customer and my own organization.
I've been working as a VA doing various tasks in over a year. But prior to that, i've been with 2 BPO industry for 2 and a half years. The first was in teleperformance philippines handling wellcare health plans account as a customer service representative who responds to members, providers and other inquiries via telephone, correspondence or lobby walk-in while meeting all corporate guidelines and performance standards. And the 2nd one was in teletech philippines. I handled charter communications campaign as a CSR as well. our goal is to become the premier provider of communications and entertainment services. Being with the same position, I provided customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution on a variety of inquiries and escalations. As i learned to love my job, i demonstrated appropriate customer-care skills such as empathy, active listening, courtesy, politeness, helpfulness and other skills as identified.
