I have an extensive background in customer service and have been in the industry for over ten years. I have worked in a call center environment, face to face contact, and have about four years of home-shoring experience in customer service. I am a team player, people oriented, and a productive worker.
I am an independent Business Owner that contracts with companies to provide customer service support. I also currently manage independent contractors under my corporation as Client Support Professionals. I have experience monitoring and managing my companies Facebook Page, Instagram account, Twitter account, Bitrix 24 Intranet, and website by updating the content, creating postings, promotions, procedures, and marketing. I assist my Clients with questions on services, policies/procedures, website assistance, and plans and pricing information.
