June 1978, I have been employed by Thomson C.S.F till 1983, Alcatel from 1983 till 1997, Nortel Networks from 1997 till 2010 and joined again to Alcatel-Lucent from 2010 till end of 2013.
During Nortel Networks period, I did the Service Account Manager Prime role for the MEA region for more than 14 years, supporting the Business development matching the appropriated products and services to clients requirements, I earned proven record for leadership, communications, analytical skills, ensured the achievement of the four pillars of the Operation Business targets, Productivity, Cost, Compliance, SLA and Customer Satisfaction across all the MEA Region, the direct end customers were around fifty Enterprise partners, Mobile operators like VDF, Mobily, Etisalat, Telecom carriers like Telecom Egypt, STC, plus lot of many strategic accounts like Aramco & NCB bank, etc..
May 2010 till end of Oct. 2013, I joined Alcatel-Lucent, assigned for the role of the Strategic Industry Solutions & Delivery Manager for META region, in parallel I was managing the META competence centre, supporting the advanced Tendering services during the Bid management phase, Optimize and validate the Service part for all offers, assign the Solution delivery experts for projects delivery like Public Sector, O&G, Railway, etc..
