Writing translator and Customer service representative
I am a professional Administrative employee, freelance translator and content writer. Over the past 7 years, I have run successfully Customer-facing roles through my professional career: getting in touch with new prospective buyers, managing complaints of customer´s inquiries. I run this role as a customer service representative and managing tools such emails, phone and line support, chat support and even in face-to-face context, as well.
Meanwhile, I have been engaged with several translation´s tasks comprising multiple subjects for different clients: summary of tourist guidebook, advertisement leaflet, administrative paperworks, small narrative tales and so on. Broadly speaking translation´s tasks have been always a relevant part of my daily workload, indeed. I am currently engaged with a multinational web service organization as Content writer, as well.
I can deploy my communication skills in any roles, my broad and good competence on the most widespread IT office tools, my full mastery of italian language and my solid knowledge of english, not to mention my high degree of self-sufficiency in running these mentioned assignments.
