I am an experienced customer service and technical support representative and loves the job that I am assigned to. I will complete the job at a 100% ratio all the time. I have good work ethics with strong communication skills which I highly regard when it comes to working with a client; I work well independently or on a team.
I also possess the capabilities of a customer service representative where I can provide all levels of assistance or support, to a technical support specialist where I am focused only on the support or service that I am entitled to. I have been in the customer service and technical support industry for 5 years already, this serves as my advantage being experienced and skilled in both fields.
My own personal measure of growth in a job is acquiring new skills, new knowledge, and new insights into the industry. As long as I can measure this type of growth, I consider myself successful.
