IT Specialist/Aspiring Artist
Last active: 5 days ago
With 2 finished apprenticeships (IT assistant and IT specialist - system integration) I have 6 years of experience with diverse IT topics, both from school and practical work in a company.
I have a passion for efficiency and constantly seek to improve my work and my personal life, and I always try my best to put some real thought into whatever I do instead of just working it off like routine. I love complex tasks but I can deal with simple work just as good if needed.
Since I'm still pretty young I can't call myself an expert on any topic yet, but I have basic or advanced skills in many areas and I'm a fast learner. I have a head full of ideas which I want to put to good use. My MBTI personality type comes closest to INFJ-A, with a very strong emphasis on the N, and much more balanced levels in the other traits.
There's a rough list of my skills at the end of the overview.
As for my hourly price, the indicated number is just a very rough figure, the real amount of money I'll charge of course depends a lot on my expertise in the area I'll work on, so it might be more or less than that.
I like analyzing programs, setups and situations to find ways to improve any existent processes, a skill my last employer appreciated.
In that apprenticeship I've been entrusted with a project to develop plugins for Trimble SketchUp. I've been working on it for 4 months, and I was responsible for most of it myself, from making concepts through converting and modelling dynamic components to programming the scripts and testing the whole thing.
Throughout the whole project I've been communicating with many different people in the company, regularly showing my results and fetching feedback whenever necessary or useful.
My hobbies include working with Apophysis and Illustrator to create Art. I'm also interested in game development, but didn't have much opportunity to work in that direction yet. I'm planning to learn working with the Qt framework (C++) for one project, and I'm also learning to work with Unity (C#) for another project.
