I've have over 20 years experience working with various companies mainly on HR and Office Administration. Worked in a Telecom Consultancy company responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, managing compensation analysis, reference checks, negotiating contracts or salary rates, closing candidates, providing offer letters and managing contractors while on board at client site. My first time to venture as Virtual Assistant and my goal is to make my employer relax knowing that the work they have given to me is in good hands and will be done accurately and on time.
My real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time.
