I have been working in a 'System and Networking' group to support servers in a mixed operating system environment for more than six years. My strengths are in installation, commission, operation and maintenance of Linux based servers and system administration. I deployed wide range of Linux servers, implemented hardening features, high availability for small to medium enterprises. I want to work in those expert areas so that I may utilize my core skills with utmost sincerity and honesty.
I successfully implemented a scalable multi-branch phone/online based customer support service solution using off-the-shelf hardware and ASTERISK, Linux based the most popular open source IP-PBX sever, surprisingly at a very low cost. As part of this project, I also developed a web-based customer complaint management system integrated with ASTERISK that facilitates management to make intelligent business decision. This is a ticketing system for customer support having features of call recording, call escalation and monitoring. Moreover, I have deployed several Linux based (using Asterisk, AsteriskNOW, Elastix, FreePBX, Vicidial, GoAutodial and some mid-level wed developement) mini call center and customer support solution in home and abroad.
I have some experience in web development and Smart Metering (AMR, AMI) System also. I developed the customer complaint management system using CodeIgniter PHP MVC framework & MySQL and integrated with Asterisk telephony engine. I have developed some Joomla based website also.
I completed Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering in 2013. I am a Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) with expertise on Red Hat Enterprise Clustering and Storage Management (RH436) and completed Red Hat Server Hardening (RH413)and Red Hat Enterprise Deployment, Virtualization, and Systems Management (RH401) training. I passed Information Technology Engineer Exam (ITEE) in 2014 and successfully completed Level-1 Online Introductory Technical Training on Sangoma TDM Interface Cards also.
