Effective communication is my strongest point. I excel in both written and spoken English. The written output is free of grammatical errors; and the speech is clear, graced with neutral accent. For two years, I worked as a voiced customer service representative for a distinguished American telecommunications company, AT&T, for their DSL customer service and technical support line of business via call center companies, Sitel and Convergys.
More recent work experience is being a Virtual Assistant for two years now, handling live chat support, customer care, article writing for SEO, data entry, order tracking, workforce and operations management, and other managerial tasks. I have working knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Documents, Wordpress, Zopim, etc.; and I am easily trainable with those I may not be familiar with.
