I have been in the BPO industry for almost 11 years and with this, I have gained a lot of experiences and exposure in different LOBs. I have handled various accounts, US and UK, Inbound, Outbound and Back-office, Telecommunications, Home Shopping Network, Appointment Setting and Cable TVs. With this, I can say that I can handle any work/job type, may it be online or offline.
I have excellent people and administrative skills and I am definitely detailed and result oriented, focused and steadfast on achieving set goals without supervision both by initiative and assigned. I also have extensive knowledge in company matters and human resource development. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others, in both supervisory and support staff roles.
I also do not have any concerns in terms of adaptability on workplace, constant change and situations.
