Customer Service Representative, Gilt Groupe: April 2013 to Feb 2015. Answering calls and emails quickly and efficiently in order to provide a superior customer service experience for such issues as: Returns, promotions, order details, troubleshooting vouchers, handling bad customer experiences for various issues. Worked on project to update how the company knowledge base is formatted.
Customer Service Representative, O2 Call Centre: August 2012 to April 2013. Temporary contract for Irish Recruitment Consultants in the O2 Call Centre, Castletroy. Answering calls and providing frontline customer care service in relations to phone and broadband troubleshooting, bill payments, etc.
Departmental Assistant, Mary Immaculate College: September 2010 – May 2012. Working for the Media Department for 5 hours per week during term time completing any departmental tasks required. I also filmed and edited a number of videos for the department during this time including the current promotional video for the department which can be found on their webpage.
Research Office, Mary Immaculate College: September 2008 – May 2009. College work experience. General office administration, editor of the Bi- annual Research Newsletter Taighde, involved in the formatting of items for the Institutional Repository.
Wired FM, Mary Immaculate College: September 2006 to December 2009. Voluntary Presenter on the Student Radio, presenting and producing a show each week during term. I also made voice recordings for Wired FM to be used by the Access Office to aid people with reading difficulties, April 2008.
Dell Computer Manufacturers, Limerick: July 2008 – August 2008. 3 week contract. Worked in the kitting department, putting computer parts in the correct boxes to be assembled.
Tipperary Mid-West Community 2002 to 2006. Voluntary Presenter. Presented and produced the
Radio, Tipperary Town: programme Teenage Kicks, answering phones and general tiding.
Jerry’s Newsagents, Tipperary: March 2005 to December 2007. Serving Customers, stocking shelves, general tidying.
The Royal Hotel, Tipperary Town: December 2006. Worked in Disco: taking tickets, bar work and tidying.
Youth Theatre Tipperary, Tipperary Town: 2004 to 2006. Worked as acting treasurer, booking office, advertising, organizing radio interviews and rehearsals.

Mary Immaculate College March 2013. Gave a guest lecture on fact and fiction in documentary film
