Mediating the contract conditions between the candidate and employer. Building up the employer and candidate pool. Introducing a relevant online course or intern position to candidates that need more training and experience.

SeoMyoungCoem, a water-processing cell developer (Gangwon-do, Korea): Director of translation & interpretation and web research including legal and scientific subject matter. This developer’s main invention was a water-processing cell that oxidizes water up to a level where the processed water can wash dishes and garments without any detergent, in dishwashers and washing machines. My main duties were to perform phone and internet research/ translation to complete our patent application for the cell technology and its design, in US, Germany and South Korea; also to create various comparison charts and test result presentation materials in both, Korean and English with our team members.

Precomm, a medical device trade company (Seoul, Korea): Translation & interpretation and web research director. Its major medical devices were imported from US so I had to localize all the marketing materials into Korean. I also had to execute phone and internet research to get details about major competing devices to differentiate our devices to be appealed with more superiorities to our client doctors. Also whenever there was a meeting with staff from the manufacturer in US, my responsibility was to perform consecutive interpretations via phone or on-location.
