When I sit down with my colearners a.k.a clients, we speak a lot. Infact my colearners speak a lot and I keep listening to them. Obviously I ask them leading powerful questions to map their challenges/opportunities.
And then I explain my methodology to them, I have learned this Mr.Timothy gallaway and lots of awesome people/ancients texts.
My methodology is simple, When you want to grow your performance, you either need to modify your potential or drop your interference's,
Lets say you want to grow your performance on leadership/public speaking skills.
You need to first identify what are the interference's thats stopping you. Interference's can be external or internal. External interference's are blaming boss, unproductive team members. When you have these external interference's, its useful to use your common sense and get support from coach to navigate these challenges. Its important to remember, getting entangled in these external interference's can have impact on your performance.
The internal interference's can be: physical & mental illness, values mismatch or emotional outbursts.
To manage your interference's, its important that you train your body & mind using physical activities and diet. I take you through set of physical activities and diet chart to help you overcome the internal & external interfrence's.
To grow your potential, You need to identify what is the challenge that you are facing and what set of skills can actually resolve them.
For example, for public speaking, its can be building confidence, removing stage fear and preparing well for the speech.

I know, it would have been marathon reading this but I trust you would have the best picture on what kinda people that I work with and whats my methodology.
