R&D engineer with experience in C++ and OpenCV
I hold a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction where I explored the use of paper-based interfaces with augmented reality on a camera+projector system .
I am most experienced with C++ and OpenCV on Ubuntu, but I am not afraid (and actually look forward to) experimenting with whatever tool best fits the job. For example I toyed with Scala, Python, Ruby, Java, Bash, GNU Make, CMake, Inkscape, Android, Arch, TinyCore...
I would love to give a hand on proof of concepts or technical designs of innovative solutions to make computers understand humans better. I like the challenge of processing "natural" data, such as images, video or 3d movements to make a reliable solution to a problem.
