Duties and Responsibilities as HR Assistant:
1.Computation and checking of Promo girls payroll
2.Assist promo girls office day concerns and meetings

Duties and Responsibilities as Insurance Officer:
1.Facilitate Enrollment of Members
a.Signing of MBA Forms of Borrowers, Micro Insurance, Staff
b.Transmit to the MBA Office (list of clients with application forms and withdrawn members)
c.Transmit Philhealth Enrollment to Philhealth Regional Office
2.Facilitate filing of claim requirements
a.Inform beneficiaries of requirements
b.Assist beneficiaries on the signing of the claim forms
c.Check accuracy, authenticity (investigate on the validity of claim documents)
d.Check client contribution and other branch requirements
e.File to the MBA Office
f.Relay info on the status of claim
3.Communication / Marketing
a.Continuous orientation / relay information to the clients by visiting the centers on matters relating insurance
b.Distribute contracts to the members (Membership Certificates, GRR, Application Form)
c.Join branch staff to be aware of the new policies of TSPI NGO and share new improvements in the MBA

Duties and Responsibilities as Account Officer:
1.Identifies, organizes and orients poor women in specifically assigned depressed areas by conducting initial interviews and evaluation of capacity to participate in such program.
2.Conducts training among identified potential members.
3.Helps prepare and recommend project / loan proposals and upon approval, releases the loan to members / loanees.
4.Monitors progress of centers handled by conducting weekly visits, center meetings, and assist members in resolving problems encountered in their livelihood projects, and motivate them to pay / remit on time.
5.Collects deposit slip as proof of payments of members on a weekly basis, issues provisional receipts to support such payments and updates the members passbook.
6.Records payments and submits weekly Collection Schedule (CS).
7.Maintains cordial relationship with concerned local municipality officials such as Barangay Captain, officers of the Homeowner’s Association, Purok Leaders, etc. in the area to ensure personal safety during fieldwork.
Duties and Responsibilities as Credit and Collection Clerk:
1.Preparation of statement of account and collection report (outright, concession and consignment)
2.Conduct credit investigation of customer to their respective bank and suppliers
3.Make a general journal voucher for necessary adjustment
4.Reconciliation of balance accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities as Sale Secretary:
1.Preparation of payroll and SSS remittances
2.Preparation and computation of computerized quotation, statement of account and certification
3.Encoding sales, and expenses
4.Recording, filing and other paper works
5.Monitoring the records of samples, collections, receivables and payables
6.Receiving and checking of deliveries
7.Assisting walk-in clients and sales phone calls
